Point Goddess was founded on a simple belief: every girl deserves access to opportunities that help her grow, lead and succeed.

What began as a passion for empowering young women through sports has evolved into a nonprofit organization committed to leadership development, mentorship, education, wellness and community impact.
Today, Point Goddess continues to create spaces where girls can develop confidence, build meaningful relationships and discover their potential.

Founder Story
Keana Foz
Founder & Executive Director
Keana Foz is the Founder and Executive Director of Point Goddess, a charitable organization dedicated to empowering girls and young women through leadership, mentorship, education, wellness and community engagement. She founded Point Goddess with a vision of a future where every girl has access to the support, resources and positive role models she needs to thrive.
Since its inception, Point Goddess has reached hundreds of youth through scholarships, mentorship initiatives, educational programming, community events and leadership development. Keana believes that when young women are empowered with confidence, guidance and access, they become leaders who create meaningful change in their families, schools and communities.

Maya Foz
Athlete Ambassador & Mentor
A Division I student-athlete at Grand Canyon University and one of Canada's rising leaders in women's basketball. Maya serves as an athlete ambassador and mentor, helping inspire the next generation of girls through her example on and off the court. Her journey from under-recruited athlete to Division I standout reflects the core values of Point Goddess: confidence, perseverance and creating opportunities.
Jillian Svensson
Board Member
Over 25 years in professional sports. She worked at MLSE managing the Raptors players, Leafs Fund and MLSE Foundation, served as Vice President for You Can Play, was Executive Director of SheIS and consulted for Canada Basketball. She currently works in marketing for the U of T Varsity Blues, and is a mother of two.
Sarita Samaroo
Board Member
Toronto real estate lawyer and principal of SST Law Professional Corporation, focusing on commercial and residential real estate, wills and estates, and business law. Named one of 25 Trailblazing Women in the Canadian Real Estate Industry by REP Magazine, she serves as Corporate Counsel for Habitat for Humanity GTA and Advisor to the SickKids Foundation.
Marieta Foz
Board Member
A partner at Total Customs Services and a proud mother of three daughters. Marieta is a passionate advocate for the power of sports in shaping young girls into confident leaders, and works to ensure young female athletes have the support, mentorship and resources to succeed on and off the court.
